Womanza Designs is an online store specializing in trendy imitation jewellery, including earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets, and pendants. Our pieces are inspired by celebrity styles and crafted to add glam and grace to your look.

3. What are your shipping charges and delivery timelines?

  • Shipping Charges:
    • ₹100 flat shipping fee on orders below ₹999.
    • Free shipping on all orders above ₹999.
  • Delivery Timeline:
    • Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
    • Products are usually delivered within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
    • Exceptions may occur during public holidays, festive seasons, or unforeseen logistics delays.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and Email, allowing you to follow your package every step of the way. 


5. What is your return and refund policy?

  • Return Policy:
    • We have a 1-day return policy, meaning you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.
    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Refunds:
    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you if the refund is approved.
    • If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
    • Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

6. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we deliver all across India through our trusted and reliable courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.


7. How should I care for my jewellery?

To maintain the finish and luster of your jewellery:

  1. Avoid Moisture & Chemicals: Keep your jewellery away from water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.
  2. Store with Care: Store your pieces in a soft pouch or the original Womanza box, in a dry place, to prevent scratches and oxidation.
  3. Last On, First Off: Always wear your jewellery after applying makeup, hairspray, or perfume to avoid direct contact with residues. 

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options available at checkout.


9. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at contact@womanzadesigns.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders are processed quickly, and changes may not always be possible.


10. Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping or personalized messages. However, our packaging is designed to be elegant and suitable for gifting.
